• No blanks, accents, numbers or special characters (ş, -, ...) can be included in neither the username or the password. In case they were included to date please submitt the same username and/or password without blanks, accents, numbers or special characters.
• That is, the characters allowed are: ABCDEFGHIJKLMNÑOPQRSTUVWXYZabcdefghijklmnñopqrstuvwxyz.
• You can change your password from the convenient option, once you are online.

Recommendations to generate a password:

• The password needs to be at least six characters long, and more than eight are advisable.
• The allowed characters are: ABCDEFGHIJKLMNÑOPQRSTUVWXYZabcdefghijklmnñopqrstuvwxyz1234567890.
• The password has to combine letters and numbers. Your password will be more solid (more difficult to be guessed by crackers) if you mix both capital and non capital letters.
